YourCableStore.com Checkout Reopening

Checkout on our website has been closed for almost 2 years however since our Amazon Associates application was denied again I decided to reopen checkout on our website in a effort try and make some money on the traffic our website receives. I will likely make more money than if I had been able to use Amazon associates to monetize our traffic however it will take a bit more effort than just passively sending traffic to Amazon and making a commission off of it.

Right now our website is in a soft reopening mode. This means checkout on our website has been reopened and orders can be placed, however we are not advertising via Google Adwords, Google Shopping or any other method (other than this blog post).

I have chosen to connect our website to our FBA inventory and orders placed on the website will be packed and shipped through Amazon’s Fulfillment network. This allows us to offer straight forward per unit shipping rates and ensure that orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner without the day to day issues that come up shipping individual orders from our own warehouse (not to mention the several hundred square feet of warehouse space we used to dedicate to our picking / packing area).
